Day 474: Blown Away!
G'day Shredders,
Just a quickie as it is now 11:00PM (past my bedtime!) and I need my "recovery sleep" to be fresh for tomorrow's Double Shred training session.
I had a great day at the Strategic Profits Live Conference today meeting some really cool speakers and fellow attendees. I'm looking forward to telling you all about it!
I really am blown away by the sheer scale of this event that Rich Schrefren has put on and the extreme amount of actionable information his guest speakers share from the stage.
I'll be sharing some very cool pictures tomorrow of the hotel and live shots from the conference, stay tuned...

Nutrition: My meal plan was spot on today.
Cardio: As mentioned above I got in a HIIT Cardio workout hitting the all-important last 2 minutes at 10 m/ph on the last 2 minute cycle...Yay!

i am sure you're getting tons of info at this conference! hoping the weather is staying warm enough for you there, we are getting a little bit more snow today! so far today about 5 inches! so of course i got in some snow shoveling cardio/bodywork!

Hi Suzette, yeah Blogger finally unlocked me! I'm still in the process of moving posts back over here (from RTP USA) but I will get the job done tonight. It is quite overwhelming being here and much more time intensive than I thought (in a good way!), and I haven't had much time to blog but I'll be back into full swing very soon, I gotta heaps to talk about!
Thats amazing that it is snowing where you are, because it is so warm down here! But great to see you got in a snow-shred!

Great to see you again ADAM. Love the shorts in sunny Florida. Just saw on FOX where you are in a power shortage...thought of you and hope you´re not affected. Tomorrow I begin my hard shred for the NYC ECSS...tho only in spirit. Wish all the shredders could be there too. Take care. Enjoy the conference.
