Day 479: Live From EPCOT!

G'day Shredders,

After my morning cardio session hitting 11 mp/h (17.7 km/h) I took the monorail to EPCOT Centre. I remember learning about this in school so it was a real spin-out to see this place in person!

Check out the pics below.

1) In front of the EPCOT entrance.


2) In front of "Mission Space", this was the coolest attraction here!


3) Going for a cruise on "Test Track", this was very cool too.


4) At the entrance of "World Showcase" which has 10 country pavilions around the lake. In this pic you can see the Moroccan, USA and Japanese pavilions.

Nutrition: My meal plan was spot on today.

Cardio: I hit 11 mp/h on my HIIT Cardio/Abs workout today! I did a quick calculation and this is 17.7 km/h! This is the first time I've ever been over 16.5 km/h in my life!

The EPCOT centre is fantastic, its my favourite if all the theme parks there at Disney world.
